Australian electronic popsters Cut Copy will do a second live gig at the 9:30 club tonight, then head over to U Street Music Hall for a DJ performance which will be the official opening of the spring 2011 Forward Festival.
Cut Copy find their musical inspiration in 80s synth pop and 00s electro. My favorite CC jam is the Flight Facilities remix of last year's Take Me Over.
